Return Policy

All return items must have an authorization prior to returning. Please call for authorization and directions for returning. No returns accepted after 30 days.

Backorder Policy

We will backorder if you request it at time of ordering.

Shipping Policy

My Children uses U.S.P.S. for all shipping unless item is to large. Large items will be sent by cheapest means available using UPS, DHL, FedEx or other transportation services. Shipping charges are adjusted for inflation and or other uncontrolled costs. You will be advised of rising cost when changes are required. 

Damaged Goods Policy

Damaged items will be replaced if reported and authorization given within 30 days of receiving. No items will be replaced or reimbursed after 30 days.
